What time should I arrive?
6:00 pm
DOORS OPEN*Doors open at 7:00pm for Friday night shows in Lombard.
Please check in at the host stand by 6:15pm.
No confirmation email or printed tickets required, your reservation will be listed on our guest list under the name used at checkout.
6:30 pm
Showtime*Friday night performances in Lombard begin at 7:30pm.
Dinner service starts at 6:30pm, and the show will begin once everyone has been served their entrée.
Late Arrivals
Guests must be seated by 6:30pm (7:30 for Friday night shows in Lombard) in order to select their choice of dinner options. Late arrivals will receive the Cavatappi with Italian Sausage and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Alternatively, if you are aware you may be arriving late, you can call ahead to place your order before 6:30pm. Let the host your are attending Nitti’s and would like to place your dinner order ahead of time, as you may arrive late.
If you arrive early, visit Harry's Bar or Nitti's Vault.

Do I need to show a ticket?
No tickets or confirmation emails will need to be provided for entry, there will be a list at check-in where guests will be asked which name their reservation is under.
What's included?
The ticket price includes the show, a three-course meal, and soft drinks.
In addition to the standard dinner options, we offer a full bar with beer, wine and liquor available for purchase throughout the show, and an optional $15 steak entrée upgrade. This "Speakeasy Special" includes a 6oz steak served with spinach and mashed potatoes. Anyone interested in upgrading their meal can do so when placing their order at the show. The upgrade, along with any cocktails or alcoholic beverages, will be added to your individual bill at the end of the evening.
A Note About Gratuity
A gentle reminder that gratuity is not included in the ticket cost. Our talented cast of performers work double-duty as your servers for the evening.
Please remember to tip accordingly when your bar bill arrives at the end of the night.
Will I be seated with other people?
There are limited number of tables for two and four available on a first purchased, first assigned basis. Once those table are filled, smaller groups may be seated together at larger tables.
If you have friends also purchasing tickets to the show, please make a note during checkout to let us know that you'd like to be seated with them. If you wish to add guests to your party, tickets must be purchased online in advance.
TICKETS CANNOT BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR.
What is the dress code?
Nitti's Supper Club does not require a specific dress code.
You're welcome to express yourself thematically if you're feeling inspired — embracing your inner mobster with a sharp suit or getting all dolled up in your finest flapper attire can add a fun flair to your evening. However, if you prefer to keep it casual and wear what you'd normally wear to dine at Harry Caray's, that's perfectly fine too.
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience however you choose to dress.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 days before the show.
Cancellations within 14 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
